Hi folks,

I’m delighted to share with you Australia’s social enterprise strategy 🙌

Communities know what they need and are resourceful. Yet for too many people, life is hard. Cost of living. A planet near breaking point. No say in decisions that shape life and the future. Business as usual is making it worse.

But we can change this, together and with others. 

The future is not predetermined, but ours to shape.

This is a strategy to unlock the power of social enterprise together, for an economy that puts people and planet first.

Almost 500 people across the ecosystem shaped it in big and small ways. And many more before this. A huge thank you to all who helped bring this into being.

It is focused on key areas where social enterprise can drive the most impact. And it is ecosystem-owned, so that the efforts and energy of diverse people and organisations can align to make big change possible.
